A MomentVite invitation is a personalized digital service, so our policy pivots on one moment: when your invitation is published (made live at its shareable link).
Before your invitation is published
Full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from your checkout email with your order number.
After your invitation is published
Publication delivers the service — your page is live and shareable with guests. From that point refunds are at our discretion, and our first move is always to fix whatever is wrong, free:
- Anything broken or not working as described — we repair it, typically within one business day.
- Typos or detail changes — you can edit and republish your invitation yourself at any time.
- If we genuinely can't deliver what you paid for, we refund you in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge. As covered in the Terms of Service, a disputed or reversed payment on a published invitation may result in the invitation page — including its QR code, link, and RSVP collection — being suspended until the payment is resolved.
