Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MomentVite ("we", "us") covering your purchase and use of a MomentVite digital wedding invitation. By placing an order or using this site you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
A MomentVite invitation is a hosted service, not a file. Your purchase includes a personalized invitation web page created from your chosen design and details, published at a private link on our domain (momentvite.com), plus RSVP collection for your guests, for the hosting period below. You receive a license to use the page and share its link and QR code with your guests; the page itself runs on our infrastructure.
2. Accessing your order
Personalization is unlocked with your order number and checkout email at momentvite.com/setup. Treat your order confirmation like a key — anyone with both values can edit your invitation. We never ask for your password (there isn't one) or payment details outside Shopify checkout.
3. Payment, chargebacks & suspension
Payments are processed by Shopify. Continued hosting of your invitation depends on completed, unreversed payment.
If a payment is disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed after your invitation has been personalized, published, or shared, we may suspend or remove the invitation page — including RSVP collection — without further notice until the payment is resolved. Because your QR codes and links point to a page we host, suspension takes effect for all guests immediately.
A personalized invitation that has been published is a delivered service. We may dispute fraudulent chargebacks with payment processors, providing order, personalization, publication and page-traffic records as evidence of delivery, and may pursue recovery of amounts owed where the law allows.
If something isn't right, email [email protected] before opening a dispute — genuine problems are usually fixed within one business day, and our Refund Policy is deliberately fair.
4. Your content
You keep full ownership of the photos, names, and text you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process (for example, removing hidden location metadata from photos), and display that content solely to provide your invitation. You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload, and that it contains nothing unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Guest RSVP data
RSVP responses (names, attendance, party size, meal choice, dietary needs, messages) are collected on your behalf and shown only to you. You agree to use them only for planning your event. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Hosting period & availability
Your invitation stays live for at least 12 months from purchase, and at least 60 days past your wedding date if that is later. We aim for continuous availability but, like any web service, cannot promise zero interruptions; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid.
7. Acceptable use
Invitation pages are for personal wedding/event use — not for resale, advertising, unlawful content, or anything that could harm the service or other couples' pages. Automated scraping of invitation pages is prohibited.

9. Changes & contact
